On the basis that you comply with these Terms and Conditions we will beat the quote by 50%.
- You must provide to Guardian Group Realty Pty Ltd a written quote for Commission given by a comparable licensed Real Estate Agent prior to appointing Guardian Group Realty Pty Ltd. In the absence of a written quote we will list your property at 50% off industry average commision of 3.5% plus GST.
- This offer is only available to comparative full Real Estate Agent Services Only. The offer will not apply to online, fixed fee or part services provided by Agents;
- You are required to accept the “Standard Marketing Package” issued by Guardian Group Realty Pty Ltd. Payment for this package is required in full prior to the signing of the Appointment to Act;
- Any Commission agreed by you and Guardian Group Realty Pty Ltd is exclusive of Marketing, Advertising fees and any other third-party expenses;
Guardian Group Realty Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess and determine each clients eligibility to receive this promotion.
To the extent validly permitted by law, neither the Guardian Group Realty Pty Ltd or its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in Contract, Tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, consequential loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any acts, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise. Where liability cannot be excluded or may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited only to remedies required of us under the applicable law, This liability clause is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer law
