Madelaine Edwards moved to Queensland from South Australia 4 years ago. She came to Queensland from a small country town hoping to make a better life for herself. Coming from a Hospitality background, she found it a little difficult to break into the office/administration scene, however she was determined to find herself a fulltime and stable job that would help her get on her feet. Madelaine was a CSO for smoke alarm compliance company for 2 and a half years before moving on to her current role here with Guardian Group.
Even in Madelaine’s short experience in this industry she has excelled at her role and provides her clients with a fast and prompt service. Her extensive experience in customer service roles has afforded her the ability to engage a variety of clients. She believes office culture is a huge part of work place happiness and creates higher productivity. Happy employees make happy customers! It is a weekly event that she brings her faithful Labrador, Apollo into the office for some added entertainment.
Madelaine has achieved her Real Estate Registration Certificate and is hoping to achieve her goals of someday being a manager for a team of people and hopes to pass on her attitude of quick work, prompt service and a friendly demeanour.
